1. What GrabaNota is
GrabaNota is a service for recording meetings and classes and getting their transcript with speakers and documents generated with artificial intelligence (summaries, minutes, notes and tasks). By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Your account
- Sign-up is by invitation during the beta.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account.
- In a company account, the owner decides who is a member and which plan is purchased.
3. Your responsibility when recording
Recording other people has legal consequences. By using GrabaNota you agree to:
- Tell all attendees that the meeting or class is being recorded and that the audio is processed with artificial intelligence, before you start.
- Record only when you have the right to do so.
- Not upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
The app reminds you before your first recording and on the recording screen.
4. Your content
Your recordings and the documents generated from them are yours. You allow us to process them only in order to provide the service. We do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Results generated by artificial intelligence
Transcripts and documents are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review them before relying on them for important decisions. They do not replace signed minutes or professional advice.
6. Plans, minutes and prices
- Each plan includes a number of transcription minutes per period. You can add more with packs.
- If you run out of minutes, the recording is not lost: it is stored and processed when minutes are available again.
- If the price of a plan changes, those who already purchased it keep theirs.

7. Retention and deletion
- Audio is kept for 5 years from the date of the recording (or from when you uploaded it, if the audio is older) and then deleted automatically.
- Transcripts, results and tasks are kept indefinitely for as long as the service is provided and your account exists.
- What you delete goes to the trash and is permanently removed after 30 days.
- You can export your data and delete your account from "Settings". Deleting the account removes everything and cannot be undone.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. During the beta the service is provided as is. [PENDING: liability limits, to be reviewed by legal counsel.]
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk, giving notice beforehand whenever possible.
10. Changes and governing law
